The Staff was awesome right from the start Tara received us, Carl tended to everything we needed and Brenda the cook had an amazing breakfast variety every morning. I would definitely stay again.

Nice to have breakfast available. Location was ok. "Hot" food was warm at best. Coffee served was also warm. Rooms were a good size. Carpet was dirty. The old and worn faucets in sink and shower needed repair.

The lighting in the room could be brighter. The room felt humid. There weren’t enough tables for people to use during breakfast hours.

Location was perfect staf was accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and a good size AC was very nice

That the pool hours weren't open until 11pm

The lady working the front desk was so friendly and funny! We stayed in a suite plenty of room with 4 adults. Also, the kitchen had a dishwasher in it! Bathroom was fully stocked! Even had large bottles of Bath wash, shampoo and conditioner! The price was also great with so many amenities! We'll definitely be back because we just became season ticket holders at Fiesta Six Flags/Hurricane Habor from Houston. Wish I had gotten the lady at front desk name. That the pool hours weren't open until 11pm

Pretty average property

I like the breakfast there’s a lot of options and the laundry but during our stay, there was a notice that water is not available from 11am to 4pm on our second day so when we came back from Seaworld to our hotel at 11 in the evening, we expected water was available. We were really tired and ready to take a shower before going to bed but the water was still not available because the plumbers were still fixing the broken pipe up to that hour. We were really uncomfortable and when we ask the front desk that evening about what time they will fix it and when should the water comes back, they said they did not know. Overall its 1 star which is supposed to be 3.

I REALY ENJOY VISITING THE PROPERTY. I TRAVEL FOR WORK AND THIS PLACE IS IN A GREAT LOCATION, THE STAFF HAS BEEN VERY NICE AND HELPFUL, AND THE FACITY IS GREAT.
