Grand SF hotel maintained through the decades! Old world style with very friendly staff and modern conveniences like iron, ironing board AND steamer, Nespresso machine, and thoughtful bathroom amenities including bar soap for the bath/shower. Enjoyed cocktails and apps in the iconic Tonga Room and all three cable car lines stopped at the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great experience! Staff was amazing. Room was great and clean. Food was outstanding. Great location and lots of history. Next time we come back, we will stay at the Fairmont again.

One nit: the bathroom sink faucet is a bit too close to the edge of the sink. Recommend longer faucets.

The beauty of the architecture! King corner golden gate bridge view - you really couldn’t see the Golden Gate Bridge like I thought you would.

There was a half eaten pizza in front of our door when we entered at room at check-in4:30 pm, it was in front of our door when we left our room for check out at 10am. I moved it from our door and somebody moved it back to the front of our door in the middle of the night. No body is checking the property….

Awesome hotel. Incredible room. View was amazing except the widows were a bit dirty but I understand how difficult it must be to clean the windows frequently. Definitely would stay here again.
