Friendly and welcoming staff, plenty of hot and cold water stations throughout the hotel, and a lovely sipping hour. The location was fantastic and made it really easy to get around and explore. The hotel was a little older than I had expected, and the dark paint and hallways weren’t quite to our taste, but we did appreciate the history and character of the property. It must have been a truly grand hotel in its prime. The main issue during our stay was the air conditioning, which wouldn’t consistently stay on. Despite adjusting the settings, it would blast until reaching the desired temperature, then switch off, leaving the room hot and stuffy before kicking back in again. As a light sleeper, I found this quite disruptive, as I went from feeling hot and sweaty to cold several times throughout the night. Aside from this, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were absolutely amazing — always friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming. Their service really added to our experience.

Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable! Happy hour was very nice ! Overall I recommend this hotel and plan to come back ! There was some noise in our last night sounded like trash being picked up but it was very loud and we heard throughout the night
