Very comfortable bed, spectacular breakfast, very good restaurant The location is not ideal, one wrong turn from the hotel and you’re at the wrong side of town (found out the hard way)

Love this Nikko. The location is excellent for all kinds of activities in the city. The parking fee is ridiculous. You are paying close to $100 per night to park? That is crazy. Makes more sense to park elsewhere and walk or UBER to the hotel. Also, you cannot get anything to eat or drink past 11:00. We came back after a show at just before 11, and wanted a glass of wine but the bar was closed.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were all very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and room service was delicious. We will be back!

Amazing hotel, very helpful and efficient staff ! Stayed in a junior suite and the views were awesome with very clean rooms and a great layout. Had access to the imperial lounge so breakfast was included and very good, lots of choice and the evening snacks and drinks. Will definitely be back again
