Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, San Jose International Airport, CA

Quiet and clean and wonderful staff. Nothing

It was an average hotel in a decent location. The breakfast was good, and it was nice to have clean drinking water and free coffee available throughout the day. The room was spacious and comfortable as well. Free shuttle to airport was also nice to have. The hotel floors were carpeted, so there was constantly dust and humidity in the air. The room window was sealed shut, which meant we couldn’t air out the room naturally. The air conditioner fan was noisy too.

This was a fine place to stay for a short one night trip.

The price is reasonable . It is close to the city proper. I liked the breakfast It is too early to closed the gate & too late to open in the morning

Very good

Eric at the front desk gave exceptional service. Property and room was very clean and well maintained. It was a very quiet and comfortable stay. Complementary breakfast exceeded my expectations! I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. The staff were helpful.

Clean and comfortable

Great service

The shower head did not have enough water coming out of it. It was very weak.

Room was so dark, lights were amber color, the room had a misty smell from an old old building. Every thing in the room was out of date!!! Look great in an ad pictures. One of the pillow smelt sweat, very old. They need to replace pillows and cases. Room was facing another building, so there was very little of sun light get through. Carpet was very dark color so it looked dirty. The only thing good about this hotel is security. Gate was locked up after 7pm. I would not rebook at this hotel!

it's a good and pleasant stay

Reduce homeless walk on middle of the night screaming and also TV and shower are not the best.

The fire alarm went off after we were asleep. ( no fire.) and the room above was very noisy, the rooms next door & the hallway also very noisy.

Very good

Comfortable beds. Clean location.

Very good

The staff was nice and the area was easy to navigate. The room itself was not very clean(Q tips on the floor by the tv stands in plain sight), the a/c unit was so dirty my teenager refused to turn it on, bed was hard and there is absolutely no sound proofing between the floors. The guest above us woke us up at 2am and they kept us awake until 3:30am. You get what you pay for and I finally learned my lesson to just spend the extra money to be comfortable.
