The room was small and basic. The breakfast was good. Nice pool area. Had to pay $10 per night for parking. As we had booked 14 different hotels for this vacation, we didn't check all the small details, we just looked for 'parking available' The cost for one night was a little excessive but we based our decision on a good Booking.com score.

Very clean, apparently safe neighborhood (can't say for sure, was there only 12 hours). Good access (walkable) to a few restaurants. Quiet though right next to freeway. No hair dryers in rooms--front desk had one delivered at 3:30 am.

The location was EXCEPTIONAL! I came for the Niners game, and there's a train practicality in front of the building, that took me right to it!

Convenient location, helpful staff, reasonable rates, clean and sizable room (I was in room 113), free parking and free breakfast (tho I chose not to have any). There was a random black sock in my room hiding in the corner when I arrived, but I didn’t see evidence elsewhere of skipped housecleaning. It was otherwise clean as far as I could see. I’d stay again!

Superb

We only stayed 1 night but we would stay again. Our room was clean and comfortable. The AC was easy to use and set a comfortable temperature for the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were offered bottled water when checking in. The only thing to be aware of is there’s a charge for parking if you have a car. It is close to the airport and they offer a convenient shuttle if you need one.

The room was simple,cozy, and comfortable. I liked the window curtain design. The breakfast was fresher than I usually have experienced before, and it had a very good variety. There was ample parking for their many buildings. I enjoyed the hot tub. The overall atmosphere was beautiful. I'm also always a fan of 12 pm checkout times! Nothing major at all - if I grasped at anything it would be that the conditioner wasn't filled in the shower, but that was the only inconvenience or issue. It was a little difficult at first to find the right driveway to enter since there's a tall hotel in front of it.

Check in took a long time. I was charged a $30 fee which I don’t even know if I got back. Then I was charged for parking, then at check out the guy at counter didn’t seem to know what he was doing and was trying to charge me for parking again. I still haven’t received my receipt or invoice of what I was charged an it has been 5 days since check out. Don’t think I would stay here again. The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing.
