Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Austin San Marcos

The staff, the breakfast, the rooms, the bed, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the overall ambiance. Several of the cardio machines were inoperable. However, the maintenance team fixed most.

Great room and property!

A/C was off and room was hot when we got it. Carpet was torn near the door. Bathroom sink would not drain. Water damage near outside window walls. Not good

Nice folks that responded to a request from me quickly and correctly

Was great

I tried contacting the front desk at least 20 times from 5pm to 12am. Never answered. Lobby was closed when I arrived and waited for 1.5 hours resulting in me going to a different establishment.

Hotel was clean. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Great breakfast, comfy bed, and great locations! The first room"s bathroom didn't have a light, and the next room given to me next door looked really under maintained. Its like they have a certain "area" for 3rd party reservations.

There was mold in the walls and ceilings. You get one card key.

Location was good for our stay. The property is not well maintained. The cleanliness of our room was sub standard. Poor communication about maid service. Breakfast was okay but coffee was either almost out or cold at the start of their service hours. I thought Fairfield Inns were supposed to be nice. We paid a high rate over labor day weekend for very little value and ended up checking out a day early. We had an issue with our room that had we discovered it earlier we would have not stayed at all. I was informed that I had to contact Booking.com regarding a request for a refund of one night. Booking.com contacted the hotel and the hotel has yet to respond.

Very good
