Robert at the front desk was amazing!!! This is what customer service looks like! He made everything so smooth, and check in for my daughter and daughter n law was effortless, 10/10 definitely worth every cent and will be returning. Lastly but definitely not least the cleaning staff and all working so hard to make food for everyone a big thank you! Especially , housekeeper Monica for going above and beyond to help my daughter with what she needed . Highly recommended it

Friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was nice. The parking lot is huge. Charging guests 15 dollars a day to park there is outrageous.

Staff wasn’t on top of keeping the vestibules and hallways clean. Trash was very smelly by the elevator for most of the day. People’s room service trays and garbage in the hall was out for several hours. For a Huge hotel seems like they need more elevators plus they had 1/4 shut down part of the time. Otherwise it was as expected for an Embassy Suites.

There was confusion about my reservation and the person checking me in was not only not helpful she was very rude.

Such a beautiful facility.....such a shame that it is being managed so poorly. The dinner was very bad.....had a Rib Eye that still makes me cringe when I think of it. The waiter couldn't understand our English to boot. Your hotel seems to be mainly serving families with children and pets.........I can get that from a Best Western at a more affordable price.

The staff Robert and Mary at the reception were wonderful. The breakfast was amazing. The cook was fast and kind. The wait staff at breakfast were very attentive, helpful and fast. The bed was comfortable. The inside of rooms could be cleaner: calking in restroom, water damage on trim, the toilet made a really loud noise each time it flushes, frig could be colder-didn’t trust seafood left overs in it, pillows older, window rails dirty, room smelled old or like smoke.

Great stay! Staff is very helpful and friendly . The amenities and accommodations are perfect for families! However the shower had hair from the previous guest. I would absolutely stay there again, and just ask to be moved to another room if I encounter hair in the shower again.

The front desk staff was nice however under staffed. We would not recommend this hotel to any or our friends and family. It appears more to the single man or a men s type sports team hotel. We will not frequent this property again.
