Me and my family stayed 3 nights in a King suite with living and kitchen area. The staff were amazing. No complaints. We really enjoyed the pool and complimentary breakfast every morning. We will be back if ever in Richmond again!

Breakfast was decent every day; different options every day in terms of hot food, which we appreciated. Our one and only complaint is that despite the hot tub and pool, we did not like that they closed at 8pm every night. Most hotels we’ve stayed at with these amenities at least keep them open until 10pm, which would make a world of difference in our opinion. I’m not certain why they made that decision, but it’s a poor one that’s for sure.

We love Homewood suites in general when we travel with our adult daughters. There is always plenty of room! Our only complaint was breakfast, they ran out of bacon and we asked for more at 910am. We finally left after 20 mins and asking at least two additional staff who both stated “she’s getting it”.

The room floor was dirty, not properly cleaned. Our bedroom slippers were black at the bottom. Breakfast is meager. We had to wait 20 minutes to get eggs and fruit. The fruit is not fresh. The coffee was good. Even cold water was not refilled. The room was spacious and the ac worked well.

Hotel smelt like marijuana inside the halls. Besides that no issues.
