Holiday Inn Santa Ana-Orange Co. Arpt by IHG

Superb

While it was a bit noisy at night due to the freeway traffic nearby, the hotel was clean, in good shape, and in a great location (less than 10 minutes from the airport). The price was also fantastic. We would recommend this hotel to anyone asking for a place to stay in Santa Ana.

Convenient location to Airport and other amenities. I've stayed here a couple times and usually pick it if I'm in the area.

This is a nice international standard Hotel but sorry the bed sheet and pillow sheets are always dirty some time the cleaning people doesn’t do their job correctly the management must check the rooms before they a sign to other costumers . This is my 2nd time I need to call the front table to send cleaning people to change pillow and bed sheets and we need to wait for them to come clean the beds . This is not the way the Hotel rooms should be .

With the price and the facilities, I think it is not bad at all.

Air conditioner is LOUD! It's very difficult to sleep without earplugs.

No complaint, all time hotel when traveling to OC

Breakfast was just ok and the beds could be softer

Was a great experience

The employees were great. The room was clean. It was close to the airport. The price was fair.

Great beds, rooms and customer service. Will definitely stay again.

Front desk staff was helpful. Housekeeping forgot to take out the trash in our room before we arrived

Clean room

No i deas but everything was perfect

Very clean hotel

The housekeepers need to be more respectful they were way TOO LOUD every time. First day, the sink was dirty I had to clean it out myself. One day we left a trash bag on top of the trash can right next to the door and housekeepers never got it out, we didn't get anymore towels after we asked. I do have pictures of all this.

Location was great

I didn't see any critters or anything of concern. I liked that parking was free. The hotel is close to everything and feels safe. My main complaint was that when I checked in, my room didn't have soap, and housekeeping wasn't in to refill it until the next day.

Ample parking and greater breakfast.

Nice staff Clean
