Quality Inn & Suites Silicon Valley

Affordable and clean Sometimes its hard to park, nit enough for the guests.

I was totally surprised by how nice the room was. I approve 👌

Staff was amazing.

Clean The receptionist was rude and disrespectful

Nothing Everything including the property and staff were terrible

Good

Probably wouldn’t stay there again. At 11:00 at night it seemed like furniture was constantly being moved in the rooms above us. Dirty floors, our socks were very dirty. Another person we met complained about roaches in her room.

Very good

Superb

Clean but tired rooms.

Exceptional

Our stay was great. The only thing I can recommend is when you have folks staying for awhile your help should make sure to replenish things in the room like toilet paper, coffee packets, etc. It’s the little things that count.

Breakfast was good rooms can be a lil more maintained

The hotel employee in the front lied about a complaint i made, never made a report. The hotel was roach infested

I loved the breakfast. Didn't like to see roaches in my room. Didn't like the customer service. Also the parking fee then having no parking, let the customer know you might not have a parking after.
