Bishop's Lodge, Auberge Collection

The staff were lovely and friendly. However, it felt like this was their first rodeo - we experienced a few snafus. Having met the GM, as well as the Head of Operations of the property, I have little doubt service will only improve. Not an issue of desire to please, just experience. The venue is therapeutic in its own right.

The staff was incredible! The hotel grounds and rooms were very clean and absolutely gorgeous. One of the nicest hotels my family and I have been in, and we travel quite a bit and usually stay in high-end hotels. Bishops Lodge is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anybody going to Santa Fe.

Restaurant staff was warm and helpful. Reception desk was easily overwhelmed and could barely keep up with visitors checking in.

The restaurant is good. Unfortunately, breakfast is not included nor is morning coffee. Everything is Ala Carte.

balcony facing the fence. We’re so appreciative for the new room… bright, light, views of the reason to see the skyline. CONS: For the price of the rooms, they can at least give coffee in the AM. They charge $7 for coffee. Most give breakfast but they don’t, plus they charge 20% tip automatically for anything you order, buy, drink, etc.

Amazing

Great!!!

Beautiful and peaceful! Staff were incredible. Sky Fire restaurant was top notch.

Great experience

Beautiful

This place was awesome and the staff are what made it exceptional. Would stay here again!

Everything was fantastic. The place is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Our king room was spacious with an awesome bathroom. The pool is clean, they have comfortable chaise lounges and great towels. The complimentary shuttle service took us into town daily(10min ride) and was so convenient . Horseback riding, trail walks and art activities were all great. I highly recommend it is a special place.

Lived up to the price. Beautiful setting with excellent amenities and very high quality food and service

Not a five star. Service was non-existent until we made multiple complaints, which is my way least favorite thing to do. Pool was filled with bugs. Should have stayed at the rosewood.

Beautiful property and highly recommend going on a trail ride!

We really like the golf cart service available on the property and the shuttle service into town. You just need to be aware that there can be a wait time for shuttle service. The cafe and restaurant onsite are both well-staffed with professional and personable staff. We enjoyed pastries at the cafe in the morning and delicious meals and cocktails at the restaurant.

It was a wonderful and peaceful property. Our room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. The views were amazing! The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The service was top-notch. It had a small spa and beautiful pool. The restaurant was wonderful and it was easy to access hiking trails from the property. I would highly recommend!

Back and relax. A wonderful retreat in a stunning setting. The rooms are impeccable. Pool and hot tub area is spacious enough for privacy and families. The restaurant and snack bar have tremendous food and service. Ride horses, do yoga, hike, or just sit and enjoy the view.

I loved everything about this property especially the staff, the beautiful room and grounds, the pool and hot tub and proximity to the city and hikes. They will shuttle you around the property and into the city. I also loved that you can text the front desk for anything you need.

Wonderful
