For starters there were 3 of us in a handicap room. My Mom uses a walker or scooter at all times. The way the sofa bed made out it was difficult to get to the door and out for a handicap person. She could only use the walker in the room and just barely. They had just replaced the chairs with 2 very uncomfortable and hard to get out of chairs, especially for a handicap! There were only 2 towels, wash cloths and kitchen chairs. Why do you pay more for an extra person if they don’t provide extra items? The sofa sleeper mattress is not much, I wouldn’t recommend it for an adult. The staff did provide an extra pad after we complained. The hot tub is out of service waiting for repairs. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Oatmeal was cool, strange breakfast items (out of 3 days there wasn’t any normal breakfast meat - bacon/sausage). For the price I just thought it would be more accommodating. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially a handicap person.

First of all it is great to check in with someone who is competent and friendly and kind !!! Mathew was very kind and helpful. The size of the room was excellent , parking was close Plenty of towels and clean. The shower had plenty of water and crazy pressure . The bed was comfortable . The wi - fi did not work . We called and a tech came right over ( very kind and respectful) it could not help us get it to work .

Great breakfast and beautiful setting

Breakfast was good with several choices. It was hard to move around the Breakfast room due to limited space. Waliking to the room required lot of walking. Good for step count. Bathroom in the two queen bed suite had less privacy.

I reserved the room bc my daughter wanted to stay in Santa Fe for her birthda, and we were looking forward to sitting in the hot tub and getting in the pool, but Roberta said the hot tub was closed bc they needed to get a part. She went on to say that we were lucky bc they close the pool and hot tub after Labor Day and we should have called to ask if the hot tub was working. Roberta was rude and condescending the entire time she talked to us when we checked in.

The room was perfectly comfortable and had everything we needed, including dish soap! Our cat disappeared as we were packing to leave and the staff promptly helped us find her again. The daily breakfast was tasty and full of variety. Best hotel experience in waking memory!

staff did not provide wake up call.

Location is great and a quiet, safe environment, very comfortable rooms with a kitchen but no oven , microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, sink, large spacious room and a hreat staff running the place. Breakfast was Great, they have a shuttle service that will drop you off and pick you up near the center of the historic district, Great place to stay and highly recommend.

Breakfast staff were cheerful, efficient & provided a variety of delicious daily food choices. Our room was very clean. The kitchen and bathroom amenities are excellent. Laundry area was very clean. The outdoor pool was lovely with seating and towels provided. We highly recommend to travelers.

Bed was comfortable We had an abundance of ants in the bed, bathroom, shower, kitchen. They were in our belongings. Our room was never cleaned when we were there. The light fixture in the shower was broken and would flicker on and off when we were in the shower or using the restroom. It wasn’t the worst experience but not the best. The staff was informed and said they could not give me a discount

Carmela was amazing, so friendly and personable, the hotel is lucky to have her representing their facility

We really enjoyed staying at the Residence Inn. The room was very clean and spacious and it was nice to have the use of a full kitchen. We did have a problem with the fridge getting cold and once we notified staff, they acted quickly and fixed the problem. We also liked that they had a free shuttle to the old town of Santa Fe. They had a coin operated laundry room on site which we made use of. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the area was clean. The one disappointment is that the hot tub was out of order and the pool area was in need of some care. The shaded lattice covered area where we lounged needed a good cleaning. The weeds were growing through the cement around the pool deck. The inside areas were well kept but it looks like the outside grounds could use some attention. Other than that it was great and we would definitely stay again if in the area, in fact, we stayed an additional night!

An older property and the wear and tear shows. Getting to the room a little more difficult than the newer places with centralized entrances. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast very nice.
