Spacious room, weird furniture layout with one of the queen beds by the wall. Ok cleanliness ( musty smelly bedsheets and spotty sofa-did not feel comfortable to sit there).
-
Nice clean modern facility. 5-9 miles from downtown but free parking and it is fairly easy to drive downtown with decent local downtown parking.

This place has really gone downhill in the last year. The breakfast wasn't good - dry and not tasty food. The amenities was lacking. No toothbrush when we forgot them.
-
Good location for Savannah the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and responsive.

On Friday, I accidentally booked a double room for the 19th when I actually needed the room for the 18th. As soon as I realized the mistake, I canceled the reservation for the 19th and immediately rebooked the double room for the correct date, the 18th. I then showed up and stayed at the property on the 18th. When I arrived, I was told that they were overbooked and did not even have the double room I reserved. I agreed to take a single room instead and didn’t make an issue out of it. The real problem came afterward: I was charged for BOTH reservations. The hotel is claiming the original reservation was non-cancellable, even though I wasn’t trying to cancel my trip or avoid paying for a room. I simply made an honest mistake with the date, corrected it immediately, rebooked at the same property, and actually stayed there. So Element got paid for the room I stayed in and charged me for another night that I never used, while at the same time they couldn’t even provide the room type I had reserved for the night I actually stayed. I understand cancellation policies, but there should also be some common sense and reasonable customer service. The hotel can clearly see that I corrected the date, made another reservation, showed up, and paid for my stay. Charging me for both reservations under these circumstances feels completely unreasonable. I would have expected Element to do a simple transfer or credit.

The cleaning staff came by every other day which was nice, some of the items in the kitchen area were missing, and one of the lamps bulb was out, no big deal. We did discover a rather nasty cleaning rag left in the bathroom drawer that was closed to being a deal breaker, but I just threw it away. Overall nice and would stay again.

Poor

Facility very clean, staff friendly 95%; one member was not as accommodating. Breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing. Housekeeping did not attend our room for the 3 days we were there. We had to make a request for cleaning, trash, towels etc.. Management was alerted. I would book again, I would like to think the lack of housekeeping was an unfortunate incident.

Very clean with friendly staff and good breakfast options

Room was clean. Most of the staff were friendly. Loved the parking was not extra. Only complaint was having to ask for towels daily.

My main issue was with housekeeping. I stayed for six nights and my room was never cleaned during my stay. I requested housekeeping on the third day and was told it was scheduled to be cleaned that day, but it never happened. I followed up again the next day and was told it would be added to the book, but my room still was not cleaned. I’m not sure where the disconnect was between the front desk and housekeeping staff, but it was disappointing, especially during a six-night stay. Aside from the housekeeping issue, I had a comfortable stay.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. Pet-friendly too.
-
The overall stay was great. The description provided that a pool was on the property, but it was not. This was the only reason we booked. Otherwise, it was nice.
-
They need to stop knocking the door earlier than your checking out. This is very disturbing

I liked the size of the room, the larger TV was great for football! The free breakfast was really nice and the outdoor seating area was very nice too. I really enjoyed the later check out at 12:00, that was awesome! We were not able to find ice, the construction outside was a little weird getting to the building but no noise from it during our stay.

Exceptional

Staff was great and the facility was very nice.

I thought the midtown area was ok. The views were non existent except for blocks of empty buildings. The construction everywhere is a sign of new life in the area.
