Perfect location for exploring Savannah on foot. Parking is expensive though so be prepared to pay $35 a day or find a parking garage nearby which we did for about $20. Beautifully maintained lobby and rooms with a very good breakfast provided

Breakfast food and staff exceeded my expectations. Wonderful staff. Upon arrival to my room, we had no soap or glass/plastic glasses. Kleenex box was empty.

Nothing , the place was a dirty dump with other guests openly smoking Marijuana in the lobby entrance area and others loitering around drinking beer and drunk The place was disgusting, filthy common areas and carpet...

We had a reservation for a king with pull out sofa (basically a suite). We informed the property of the late arrival. However they gave our room to someone else & put us in a smaller room. They did put in a roll away bed after much discussion.

My only complaint was the distance for parking. There is a somewhat onsite unmanned parking area with approximately 20-30 spots. The other parking is approximately 1 block away. It is shared with another hotel. Whether you park in their unmanned lot or whether you park in the garage far away, you will be charged $35/night. I would rather have paid the extra cost and stayed in the hotel that connects to the parking garage.

Road noise all night long, no sleep, room 210. Attitude of front desk staff, very unfriendly, short, seems like they hate their job.

Our room was clean and and spacious. Staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was very close to the places we wanted to visit. Wonderful visit! Nothing

The valet was amazing!

From beginning to ending the hotel was great! Location was great. Easy to walk to City Market and other places of interest. Michelle with the breakfast crew was amazing! That woman never stopped! She was always busy doing her work with a smile. She made a point to happily greet everyone and wish them a good day. I would stay here again!
