Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Airport

The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I had booked it because the shuttle service was available at 6 am, and I had even called to confirm. However, when I checked in, the receptionist informed me that the shuttle would not be available until 7 am. She offered a Uber but Since we didn’t have a car seat, we had to arrange for my friend to pick us up in the morning to take us to the airport. If I had known this information beforehand, I would have stayed at my friend’s place instead of spending money on a hotel. Additionally, the pack and play was terrible and lacked a sheet, so my daughter ended up sleeping in our bed.

We arrived 2 hours early. Were told the room was not ready. Staff was not very friendly. Would have gladly paid extra to get to our room. Had to wait 2 hours in our car in a rain storm to get in our room. Will not book with Hilton again

I've stayed here a few times in my travels down !-95. Convenient, safe, easy parking especially with a Uhaul, friendly staff, nice breakfast!

Hotel staff is very friendly and efficient. Great location and super nice lobby. Two large chairs in our room were stained and definitely need to be cleaned or replaced.

The hotel appears to be an older construction, but that's all after that. It is well appointed and the upkeep is of high quality. Great place for a stay.

Friendly and helpful staff… …which is good because we had to switch rooms three times. The air conditioning in the first room didn’t work which is a non-starter in Savannah, Georgia in mid-June. The second room had an overwhelming urine smell (pet friendly hotel). The third room was good. We paid in advance with total cost to cancel. If the third room wasn’t available we would have been out of luck. In addition, the noise from the interstate was ever present but we got used to it.
