It was ok. Not great. …Ok…..Little disappointments. Fee per night if you want to bring your car. Checked in at 7pm and the room wasn’t ready. Having to write a min of 25 letters to get off this page.

Location was good! Took us a little bit to retrieve our car from valet parking, but they were busy. I didn't like how they put an incidental hold on my card. I feel it should've been included in the price or booking somewhere instead of finding out when I got there. And there was no coffee in the room. For that price, I feel a pod or two of coffee would've been nice.

The hotel was beautiful but the rooms was small for the price range The room was small, refrigerator didn't get cold at all, no microwave in the room, an the valet loss our car keys took an hour to find them, an also the lady who check us in said we pay 50$ a day for valet parking an when I look at my bank statement yall took out 75$ for our 2 night stay.

I like that the hotel was close to the airport. Within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. I came here to see a concert on Saturday night at the Johnny Mercer Theatre ( Leanne Morgan). Last night I took this Ghost and Graveyard Tour at 8pm. Loved it. My breakfast at the hotel was really good and the guy who found me a taxi was awesome. I would come back to this hotel. Thanks Donna Toronto

The valet employees were very rude.

Hotel is beautiful and close to lots of things but rooms are not maintained. Toilet paper holder fell off wall. Shower curtain was filthy. Head board looked like they had never been dusted. Too expensive for such poor maintenance.
