Staff Everything, false advertising stay away

Location is convenient. Room 117 I was given was absolutely disgusting. Roaches of all kinds were housing with us all night and I’m very positive they live in the walls. I know it’s not just that room. Most rooms have roaches if mine did. Absolutely disgusting facility to sleep in for the night or at all. The whole place needs to be fumigated.

The lady at the front desk was nice. Only needed the room to sleep for the night. Locations was good. Huge pothole right outside entrance into parking lot that there was no avoiding it. Shower was extremely sketchy to the point of opting to not even use. People around the building were questionable - approached by a woman on a bike offering to sell us a pair of pink sneakers.

It was jot in midtown savannah. The microwave broke and they never fixed it. They had no kitchen accommodations that 2 star hotels are supposed to have. I was scared to leave after dark.

The pictures advertised of rooms ARE NOT current. Area is garbage. People nice but not folks families should be around. Rooms NEVER got cleaned or any towels put in. I’ve traveled many many many places and this one is the worst I’ve been in. The pictures in the ad are so old or it’s just one room they maintain. It is dirty. Shower was filthy and oaint pealing off the shower walls. 3 fire alarms in the room and not a f n one was active. Sink falling off the wall. Sink clogged. Toilet barely flushed. Kitchen worked but not well. Not much room and the area is not really good. Few historical stuff accessible during the week. Most parks small. Pretty in some areas. Beaches OK but really just Myrtle Beach with out the pipe. Parking everywhere is pay and not really worth the cost. This “hotel” is one to keep looking. It more of an apartment complex renting rooms. Tenants though friendly I could see the ones hovering in the back nothing but thugs.

It was ok... Location wasn't the best..

Nothing. Didn’t stay The room had dirty walls and floors. Missing air vent covers in the bathrooms. Roaches crawling on the walls and ceilings. Couldn’t stay there at all.

From the moment we arrived, it was a terrible experience. The first room they gave us was clearly not cleaned — the bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it, and the covers were dragged all across the floor. The second room wasn’t much better. There were roaches, broken dresser drawers that constantly slid open on their own, and raid powder sitting in the corners, which tells me this is an ongoing issue they’re clearly aware of. The shower was also not clean or properly maintained. On top of that, the long-term tenants were outside yelling and partying until around 3 AM, making it impossible to get any rest. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear full conversations from neighboring rooms as if they’re standing right beside you. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The lack of cleanliness, noise, poor maintenance, and overall condition of the property were unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.
