Very bad experience in the restaurant on the breakfast time very bad service when arrived ,we were seated at table where coffee and water were all ready waiting we asked for different table , but no one come to us for 40 minutes until we ask manager they are you ruined the days when we come to celebrate the my birthday

Lovely time. Slept great! Food was delicious. Loved the chai bowl. Mateo was a fun bartender. The only thing I could say is that the elevators could be cleaned better and daily wiping of elevator buttons on the each floor would be nice too. Overall its an 8.5 out of 10!!

Great location with regular ferry to downtown. Staff were lacklustre and it took 2 visits to reception and a wait of 2 hours to get some clean towels delivered.

The staff here at the Westin are truly amazing. They make sure that everything is what you’d expect at Westin. Pool, food, the whole vibe is perfect. Highly recommended A+

Friendly stay and great little freebies for the kids

Right next to the Savannah Convention Center. On site event attended at the Westin. Beautiful location. Property needs updating. Carpet in halls is badly worn, wavy and dirty. Dark bathroom with a tub/ shower combo. Tub is discolored and dingy looking. Had to remake bed twice after maid service because sheets are too short for bed. Room and common areas were clean. Ferry to downtown Savannah is convenient. For the rate here, might consider staying at the JW Marriott across the river. Too many issues for the rate of the rooms.

Pretty Hotel, great pool, nice location. Booked a room with a King Bed plus sofa bed option through booking.com. Upon arrival that type of room wasn’t an option at hotel. Hotel front desk basically told us “it’s not their problem”. Booking.com said the same.

The hotel and all of the staff that served us during our stay was very nice. The food was great and our waiters and waitress were very helpful. We will be staying again!!!h
