Four Points by Sheraton Chicago Schaumburg

Stay here every year for a conference. The last two years, tile in the showers have been cracked. Its been siliconed, but it gives the appearance the property isnt maintained despite it being clean and welcoming.

The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise with plenty of options. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay!

Everything good, bur the staff when I arrived was not the friendliest one. Just meh. The rest was okay.

The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable, however the pillows were a bit too soft and flat for me, my relatives liked the pillows. The room service wasn’t too long to wait for towels. We stayed for an overnight stay after visiting downtown Chicago. The breakfast wasn’t too bad. I would stay here again.

The bed was comfortable, but the pillows weren't sturdy enough to support my head. The layout for the room was great, and the check in was easy, but I smelled marijuana coming through the AC, there was a couple having a violent knock down drag out fight from 3 am - 5am, but the hotel didnt do anything about it, and the tile by the 3rd floor elevators was loose. The amenities were great, with the hair products being 5 star. The breakfast was only served until 9, and it was not very flavorful. Definitely not what I'm used to with a continental breakfast. The hotel was very close to the airport, which was nice.

I stayed 5 nights beginning July 28th. The gentleman who checked me in late evening was very friendly and courteous. I was given an accessible room though I didn’t request one but it was fine. The extra space was actually a plus. Didn’t need the room serviced during my stay but when I asked for additional towels at the front desk the third morning the desk clerk and the staff who delivered them to my room were less than friendly. However, I received them in a timely manner which was more important. I’ve stayed at this property several times as it is conveniently located to many good restaurants, shopping and entertainment while only 15 minutes to the convention center in Rosemont. Overall, always a clean comfortable choice and I consider this property every time I stay in the area.

This was a great location with really nice rooms. The blackout shades in the room were the best added touch. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great about the property including staff, the only problem is the ppt holes that are located while driving into the property. They are NO JOKE and definitely needs to be fixed. Easley about 1 foot deep or close to that. Will damage many rims guaranteed. Everything else was outstanding

The room was clean and spacious, however, our toilet had some sort of plumbing issue and would constantly be making noise. Other debris makes its way into the toilet bowl as well, which was unpleasant. Other than that one issue, the room was fantastic.

I had an issue with the drain in the shower, but they couldn’t fix it so they switched us rooms very accommodating

The rooms were spacious. Everything was very clean. The hotel was in a great location, very close to restaurants and the mall.

All good except the breakfast could have been better. Orange juice was only out twice in 7 days. Bacon didn't look or taste like bacon.

Thanks to the staff for assisting travelers. The food and aroma inside the hotel were great.
