Hotel will do the job. Prices can’t beat.

Mi experiencia en el hotel Radisson Schaumburg fue muy decepcionante. Durante mis cinco días de hospedaje nunca hicieron el aseo de la habitación. Además, solo funciona un elevador y no está en buen estado. El desayuno fue bastante regular, las llaves del cuarto presentaron fallas constantemente, lo que me obligó a ir a la recepción en varias ocasiones y el aire acondicionado tenia un ruido terrible cada vez que se encendía.

Check-in was at 3pm and I got there at 4:30pm. The room wasn’t ready. For my inconvenience Jose offered a free meal and that made it right and I was grateful for that. I called before I made the reservation to confirm the pool would be up/running for my stay (it was the only reason I booked this hotel). When I went to go to the pool on Sunday, I was told it was closed.

One of the hallway stinker like anything (probably due to non functional AC) The common toilets were not cleaned Breakfast area was not getting refreshed appropriately Breakfast was not a full breakfast area These are definitely not Radisson standards

Convenient location The floors were dirty. The elevator was out of order so I had to use the stairs to get to my room. There was a family occupying the meeting area when I arrived at 4:00 PPM and they were still there at 10:00PM and their little kids were running around the hallway. The hallway was dimly lit. Inside the room, the sink stopper was broken so I actually had to use the bathtub water to brush my teeth. The television was useless with no way to watch local channels, only movie apps. the attendants constantly talked to each other in a foreign language creating a delay checking in. Overall it was a terrible experience. I stayed at this same hotel one year ago and it was a far different experience.

I would most definitely not stay in this hotel again. The staff at check in was slow and un helpful. The images used on the website are old and back when the hotel must have been at its prime. Our room was old and smelled humid. For being a non-smoking hotel it sure did smell of Marijuana and cigarettes. The restrooms would not lock, feces on the wall and the primary door wouldn't lock. I did not sleep to make sure no one came in.

Hotel needs major upgrades. Halls carpet is disgusting. The place looks nasty in general. Understaffed. There was a guy sleeping in the lobby's couch that looked drunk. Staff looks overworked and tired. I stayed just to sleep one night, not for vacation. Even for sleeping a night, I would not recommend it. 2 stars because the bed was clean and comfortable.

It ticked off everything that we needed for the night. Clean bedroom, helpful staff that are smiling, close by parking with a 7-11 convenience store nearby! The free breakfast was also filling as well. As far as me looking for a bed and breakfast hotel, they had provided it all for my one night stay!

The location was great , many restaurants and shopping near by

The location reference to why I was in the area. Found a nasty note under my door because I forgot to turn the tv off when I left that morning. When I was able to get into my room I found my tv off and felt my privacy violated and no longer felt safe

Room keys had to be reset every day - the odor in the room is horrendous - overall facilities were less than desirable

inspite of the fact i had a confirmation number for my room they had no room for me fortunately we only had a 4 hour drive back. which we opted to do rather than try to find another

An hourly motel has better service. Everything is dirty. Leaky. Unhelpful.
