Hampton Inn Chicago-O'Hare International Airport

Superb

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The hotel's location was bad. Road traffic around O'Hare was do noisy that it took a long time to fall asleep. The window shade did not cover the whole window. Lights from across the street buildings came in from the side which then came across my bed. The light also would not let me sleep. Had to ware a scarf across my eyes.

Clean, modern room. Nice breakfast. One downside: rooms next to the highway very noisy.

Our room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated that breakfast was included. The location near O'Hare Airport was ideal for us and the complementary bus transportation to/from the airport was good. The room was nice and quiet even though we were right next to Mannheim Road and very close to the airport. Wish there had been an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Pillows were awesome! Bed was very comfortable. Window shades needed to be a little larger to keep light off sleeping eyes. Powdered eggs at breakfast were awful. Rather have no eggs.

Upon arrival I asked for a top floor room and the desk clerk gladly accommodated me. I was also provided with 2 complimentary bottles of water. The room was clean, bed very comfy, and the atmosphere very quiet and restful. Breakfast the next morning had a range of items to choose from.

it had a safe. i am in france now and paying as much money for a room with no secure storage for valuables. they gave me late checkout one hour. the midnight arrival that took them an hour today get their shuttle to me at airport. i will not stay there again
