ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection

Had an amazing stay at Adero Resort in Arizona. The staff were super welcoming and the rooms were clean and comfy. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the views were stunning. Definitely worth five stars and I'd come back in a heartbeat.

My wife and I have now been waiting at Eagle Mountain Golf Club for approximately one hour after your Guest Services representative specifically double-confirmed with us at 6:07 PM that a shuttle would be dispatched and arrive within 30 minutes. We relied on that specific promise from your hotel. However, that promise was not honored. It is now 7:10 PM, and there is still no shuttle, no driver, and no meaningful communication from the hotel. It is now completely dark outside. We are standing at a remote golf club location with insects surrounding us and biting us, and we have been left here without a reliable way to return to our hotel. At this point, this no longer feels like a simple delay or an inconvenience. We feel that we have been repeatedly misled and left stranded after relying on specific promises made by your Guest Services team. We were told to wait another 30 minutes, we did exactly that, and the hotel still failed to provide the promised pickup. You have completely ruined what was supposed to be a special trip and our wedding anniversary celebration. We came to Scottsdale expecting to relax, enjoy our time together, and celebrate our anniversary. Instead, we have spent a significant portion of our evening stranded at a remote golf club in the dark, repeatedly calling and waiting for a hotel shuttle that was promised to us.

We loved our stay at Adero! Clean, beautiful amenities, wonderful staff and the food is fantastic!

The service at the hotel Was exceptional! Absolutely loved the new tower, amenities, views from our balcony. We had the breakfast buffet one morning and enjoyed appetizers and drinks at the pool. Ice was available by request in lieu of having machines available. In addition the restaurant/room service was only available until 10pm, and there was no Sauna.

We had a great stay at Adero Resort! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with great amenities. We especially enjoyed the breakfast—the food was delicious, and the made-to-order eggs were a nice touch. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and my overall experience was great. What really made the stay memorable was the staff. I had a simple conversation with Keri, who was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she surprised me by comping my breakfast. The pancakes were amazing—and the portion was so generous I couldn’t even finish them! 😂 It’s those small acts of kindness that really make a difference when traveling. Thank you for making my Arizona stay even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again!
