We were upgraded to gold, which was wonderful. Everyone was super nice, helpful considerate courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms very clean. The staff was amazing. Grounds kept very clean. The internet was a bit slow but everything else from staff to the hotel great. Loved it in north Scottsdale. Easy to get around town and only a short drive to old town. Lots to do around the area.

Property was nice, in a great location. However when I arrived I was notified my room was “upgraded”. I had booked a golf course view on an upper floor. I was moved to the first floor of one of the Privado Casitas with a view of nothing! I was also told in order to use the private lounge and amenities I needed to pay an additional $75/day! This is an upgrade??? I had booked services at the spa, my travel companion had not again as guests at the resort we were told in order to use the spa amenities she had to then pay a daily fee! Upon check out we were charged a daily resort fee! Very disappointing that the advertised price and the price we left paying were significantly different! I understand the spa amenities but I didn’t ask to be moved from the room I booked! Make sure you know exactly what you’re booking and what you expect to get!

Other than that the staff was great and I will definitely be back!

I got a $588 charge, and I can't seem to reach anyone to find out why.

No complaints!

Positives: the elevator was working by the next morning. When we called maintenance for the safe and A/c they were quick to respond and courteous (we didn’t bother calling about the TV). The bed was comfy.

We arrived around 7:00 AM after landing at approximately 6:15 AM. With the time difference, it felt like we had essentially been up since 2:00 AM. Since our room wasn’t ready, we spent time around the pool and walked around the property. Once our room was ready, we got settled and went back down to enjoy the resort. We had dinner at the Mexican restaurant that evening. The guacamole was extremely salty. We had expected it to be prepared tableside, but instead they simply brought out a bowl, added lime, and asked whether we wanted it chunky, medium, or smooth. The drinks were also not good, so we sent them back. We went to our room around 8:30 PM because we were exhausted and had been up since 2:00 AM. At approximately 11:30 PM, we were abruptly woken up by screaming, yelling, loud music, and partying. Our room was directly in the area where the outdoor bar is located. We completely understand that people come to a resort to have fun, but guests should be given the opportunity to know that a room is directly above or next to a loud entertainment area and decide whether that location is acceptable—especially when booking a room with an older family member. At around 11:30 PM, we called the front desk to request a different room. The person I spoke with was rude, put me on hold, and then told me he would have to call me back in 10 minutes. At that point, we were completely exhau

I absolutely loved every staff member who helped me. They made my birthday feel special from the guy at check in the guy who brought me to my room to the guy at the bar and the waiters at the restaurants and the lovely ladies at the spa, which is gorgeous by the way. I was actually upgraded to a junior suite complimentary which was nice I was just unable to see the sunset from my room! My only complaint would be that the rooms seem a little outdated but overall, they were clean and everything else was great! The property was bigger than I thought. I enjoyed it.

Restaurants on site were really good Both the gym and the spa were closed, which were the primary reason I chose this hotel for a work trip.

Everything about this resort is premium, but the service at the Fairmont Gold Lounge takes it to the next level. Julia was phenomenal. She works incredibly hard to make sure every guest is taken care of, and her warm, smiling demeanor makes you feel instantly welcome. She is a true asset to the property!
