Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia

Great view and location One of the receptionist was a Gen Z stare attitude and face not helpful. Breakfast was not that good. Plate was dirty. Rooms need an upgrade. Beds were squeaky.

The staff were amazing at the resort. The property is old like a Mexican Hacienda but was well cared for. However, there are not many good options for food, only 2 restaurants … however there are many options outside of the resort.

We had a great stay! They were able to accommodate us with an early check-in, which is always such a nice bonus when traveling. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient with lots of great dining options nearby. My daughter especially loved the pool and had so much fun. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely come back!

Our anniversary stay was amazing! Great property!

We had an amazing stay here for 4 days. Excellent property to relax and rejuvenate. The JOYA spa was exceptional with professional staff. We felt pampered from the minute we walked in. We stayed to enjoy the salt water pool and ate lunch by the pool. Service, food and the pool were excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. When we asked for some extra items, it was no problem. Staff were very accommodating. Beautiful, beautiful property. We loved it.

It’s always a lovely time but it’s an aged property

Hotel was beautiful, even though somewhat dated. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Service at pool was slow as usual for service in the evenings is lovely and has great atmosphere.

The staff is exceptional. Probably is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. I have never had better A/C. There were very minor issues but, overall earned 5 stars. I look forward to staying here again

The service is unbelievably slow. Waitress at the pool comes by about once an hour. The adults pool is plain as hell, looks like a community pool.

Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our night stay. Room very clean with a nice comfortable bed. Only down side is having to park so far away from our room.
