Comfort Suites Seabrook - La Porte - Kemah

It was a great stay.

Room was spacious and clean. The pool needs a little maintenance but all in all a very pleasant stay.

This hotel needs a lot of updates and it has a molded smell

All was well on our arrival. The receptionist had a bit of trouble logging us in. The room had a bit of a smell like ocean. not objectionable.

Excellent place to stay. We will be returning guest.

Hot breakfast. Comfortable bed and clean room.

Price was great.

Very poor

Clean room & bathroom and comfortable bed. Friendly staff service. Enjoyed my stay.

The rooms were fine, especially for the price but the property definitely needs some paint and touch-ups

The staff was very accommodating to our concerns and placed me in another very spacious, comfortable room. I enjoyed my 2 night stay

Room was very humid. Property looks rundown. Worst thing was the roaches.

Pleasant

It was ok they ran out of food and juice for breakfast and cereal and didn’t replace it. The pool was black mold in it. And the rooms smelt like mold was in there. Won’t go back there again

Room had a mildew smell.

I liked not having to prepay or having a hold put on my card.

The hotel was true to its advertisement! Well worth the price. The staff was very attentive, welcoming, and professional. The room was clean and cozy. We felt safe being there. I liked not having to prepay or having a hold put on my card.

I liked that it was close to our family destination and close to the Kerman Boardwalk. The entrance room door did not open and close properly!!! The restroom door did not close all the way so there was no privacy. The toilet was leaking. The room had an unpleasant smell coming from the carpet. No room service phone. There were parts missing from the carpet and the wall. It was too late to take my family and my kids to another hotel. So we stayed there unfortunately! We had a not very pleasant experience.

Only the location. As described by Booking.com, there was no Tea/coffee maker in the room. The room was not clean, we found a dead cockroach in one corner of the room. The bath tub was slippery without any mat. NO SAFETY FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE. NO HAND BARS etc in the bathtub. The queen beds as described were not big enough for 2+1 persons.

a good quiet area, the staff was professional and helpful. The property was clean. I would stay again.
