room was clean beds were a little hard but ok bathroom clean floor clean staff was helpful.

The room was clean, and the price was reasonable based on the competition in the area. I would recommend this property for travelers who are on a budget but don't want to settle for a terrible motel.

The heater and provided toiletries were an excellent feature.

The front office is very clean and the person there was very nice. The rooms were ok. The location is great because there is a couple of stores nearby like Costco and target.

Asked for towels to be replaced and did not have them replaced. Balcony door lock was broken with no warning to me other than a broom stick. No bedside outlets for devices.

The reviews lie. I thought this would be decent place to stay for one night, but it was awful. It looks like a run down hostel and there was chewed gum placed on the headboard. DON’T STAY AT THIS FACILITY!!

Pretty good location however the room could be cleaner. The surfaces were clean but the walls were very dirty and linens had stains. The staff was helpful when the coffee machine did not work and quickly switched it out. The amenities of the fridge freezer combo and microwave in room were great. It was also nice having the separate room with bunk beds for our family.

hotel was nice, staff was nice. the room was nice. my only complaint is that the wifi sucked, like it was not a good reception anywhere. all i wanted to do was relax n scroll on social media at the end of the night after doing so much exploring throughout the day. oh and also the lights in my room kept flickering so that kinda sucked but overall experience was great, location was next to many stores and restaurants. parking was nice, there was always a spot when coming back at the end of the day.

DO NOT book w/ Gateway Lodge or continue to use Expedia!! These two work together to scam people out of money. I booked a room at Gateway Lodge through Expedia. I checked in around 3:45 pm on 9/19/26. I immediately left my belongings, used the bathroom and left my room to attend an event. We initially left the event to check in at the hotel since I knew I wouldn't be back in time before the hotel lobby closed (10 PM). I arrived back to my room after 10pm and by 11pm we were packing our belongings to leave and asking for a refund due to the condition of the room. To begin, there was a drain in the bathroom floor by the toilet that someone from the outside could see inside if standing directly under it. At first my husband and I believed we could work around it by just adding a towel over it. When I entered the shower. I found a short hair on the far side of the tub, again I could live with. Later as I began pulling the covers of the "clean and freshly made" bed, I began to discover hairs through out the whole thing. Not only was there hair embedded into the sheets and covers, there was hair visible under the mattress topper. I began moving the pillows only to find more hair. At this time I felt uncomfortable and decided I would not be staying in that room. I called the front desk and kindly asked for a refund as I would not be staying there. The FD mentioned they could only offer clean sheets but no refund. Expedia declined to help with a refund as they honor hotel policy.

Room was smelly from bathroom

Staff was very helpful. The room was nice and clean.

The cleanliness was decent, although the bedspread on one of the beds had cigarette burn marks—more than one. The toilet seat was old and loose, and the flush handle didn't work properly; every time you flushed, it would get stuck and the water would keep running. The coffee maker never worked. The cleaning staff member was very kind and helpful, but the place itself was horrible; the mattresses were rock-hard—we couldn't sleep the first night because they were so uncomfortable, and we woke up sore all over. How is this possible given the high rates? We paid over $500 for two nights and couldn't even have a cup of coffee or sleep comfortably. It is in desperate need of maintenance; everything is very old, broken, or malfunctioning. On top of that, only one of the four ceiling lights worked, resulting in very poor visibility.

This place was the absolute worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. Starting with booking, false advertisement on every level from the pictures to the layout. The room itself was a disaster. I was in the corner on the first floor right next to the laundry room for starters, the room was I don’t even have the words. Smelled like covered up cigarettes and urine, there was a phone that was obviously there as a prop because it did not work. There was no Bible, which is diabolical, refrigerator was basically there for show as well because it was not cold, the headboard was made out of two plywood slats that they were actually making as we pulled into the parking lot, no iron or ironing board. No pictures looked like the door had been kicked in. I could go on and on this place was terrible and I would not advise anyone to stay there, no matter how cheap it is. The only pro I have is the bed was OK oh, let’s not forget the outdated TV with the worst cable reception on the planet, but at least it didn’t have roaches or at least our room didn’t. Oh and if you stay on the first floor you will hear everything above you and we also happen to get the worst of that all night long. This place is not for people with any kind of standards. Just the worst stay at your own risk.

Good place to stay at. Sometimes the a/c wouldn’t turn on but you just have to reset it and it will work again.

Room had a disgusting warped nd stained bathroom door. Left over liquid stains on wall. Water pressure in the shower was absolutely atrocious. A water hose would have better pressure. Also did not have a microwave.
