I miss the swimming pool, I thought you had one.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bus availability was close by. The cost of my 8 day stay was expensive but more reasonable places were not in safe locations. The ice maker did not work on my floor my entire 8 days. It was very inconvenient to go to another floor for ice every day. I did not need the bar or gym. I would prefer to have a complimentary breakfast buffett.

My main concern was the smell in the hallways. There was a noticeable musty/mildew-like odor in the hallway areas, which was unpleasant and took away from the overall experience. Fortunately, the odor was not noticeable inside my room. Overall, I liked the hotel and would consider staying again if the hallway odor is addressed. I hope management looks into the issue because the hotel has a lot to offer.

No responsible front desk They charged my card twice The second one was after I left instead of a refund they charged again

Location location location

The visit was good but the pre charged breakfast was not adequate or fully stocked for the amount of those eating. The accessory table in the room was very small for two people to use. The climate control was excellent along with the bath and shower . I would stay at the hotel again if needed. Thank you

Clean but uninspired, sterile environment. LONG elevator waits, and when doors opened, water covered the floor. Nice in all other respects, very modern.

Hotel was generally clean ,breakfast was almost limited , staffs were polite and helpfull , parking space coast 65 dollars per night (valet) or 24 dollars in a nearby safe place .

The staff was super awesome. We just got done with our Spartan run and they gave us a complementary drink. Would definitely come back again!

Great location for getting to space needle, Pikes market and cruises.

Ghey over charged me by $100.00 did not give me breakfast which was suppose to be included. They did not have staff available to help. The room had no garbage bags and was horrible. NOTHING
