DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Seattle Airport - Southcenter

The furniture and decor are old and dusty. Furniture rugs, tile and beds are stained and worn. Heater did not work and room was cold. Would not recommend for the price paid per night.

Convenient stay, close to to the airport

The staff were polite and helpful. The food was delicious and the atmosphere of the entire hotel was elegant. I appreciated having a room that separated the sleeping and working areas. I enjoyed my stay.

Front desk so friendly Nothing

Close to airport. Shuttle is efficient, runs regularly. Walking distance to many restaurants and an indoor Mall with great restaurants also. Staff were friendly and helpful Highly recommend.

We keep coming back to his hotel because it is neat, nice and clean. All the staffs are very helpful and very friendly especially the shuttle driver named Lorenzo, he was so kind and he helped us with our luggages he does not want us to struggle because we have so many things with us and 3 kids. I appreciate his help so much.

The lobby was clean and welcoming, and parking was convenient. The only downside is the $20 nightly parking fee. Since the hotel appears to have its own large parking lot, the additional charge feels a little unnecessary, especially when there really isn’t another practical parking option for guests. Our room was clean and well kept overall. However, there was a very large, noticeable stain on the seat near the front door that definitely needs a good deep cleaning. My biggest cleanliness concern was the hallways. When we checked in around 4:30 PM, I noticed several used wine glasses, cups, and other items sitting outside guest rooms and throughout the third-floor hallway. When we checked out close to 11:00 AM the following morning, many of those same items were still there. Housekeeping was already making rounds and turning over rooms for new guests, so it was disappointing and honestly a little gross to see that the hallway items had apparently been left overnight. Despite those issues, the room itself was clean, the property was nice, and the front desk service was excellent. I have stayed here before and would stay again, but I think more attention to cleaning com. areas

Convenient location near shopping, dining, and the rental car drop off. We ate dinner and had breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed both.

Large corner room perfect for our family. Near restaurants and the mall. Great for being close to the airport yet no jet noise and easy shuttle to airport.

The location is excellent. The room was described to have queen-sized beds, but they're just double-sized.
