We did not like anything about our grungy postage stamp sized room with a bathroom that one of us could barely fit in alone which included a mini stainless steel bar sink and the most dangerously slippery bathtub-shower I have ever had to navigate or experience. Including the $45 per night parking fee, the MAC was an overpriced complete and total disappointment. Stay far, far away,

The room was mediocre at best. The shower was a handicapped shower in a tub and I had to fight the metal hose to use it as a regular shower.

Staff and area are nice, but the hotel only had one working elevator and it was tiny. The other was broken and someone said it had been broken for a long time. Prepare to wait and wait and wait to get up to your room, especially at checkin and checkout when people are traveling with bags.

The employees were helpful and very friendly

Shower was about 4x4 in size. One lamp didn’t work. Tv didn’t work and would turn on by itself in the middle of the night. The walls are so thin! I could hear guests next to me talk all night and hear their tv playing up until 3am. Mini fridge didn’t work. Room install was much smaller than anticipated. Elevator fits only 3 people shoulder to shoulder. Valet parking was $45 a night. With no other overnight parking in the vicinity. 2 valets, one was quick, the other moved slower than molasses and I found myself being able to get where I needed quicker if I just walked instead of waiting on them. Hotel lobby doors are locked after 11pm so if you forget your key card (which also works for the lobby door) you have to knock on glass doors and hope someone working in the lobby is there and available. I’d NEVER book here ever again. This was not a “Hotel” this was more of an overpriced motel.

Always best place to stay

Clean room and centrally located. I would stay here again.

Unique vintage hotel very centrally located. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Will look to return in the future

I always stay here for a convention I attend yearly. 5-6 minute walk from the convention center. Always had an enjoyable stay. There are about $35/night fees payable directly to the hotel that Expedia doesn’t make very clear so expect your bill to go up but that’s not a poor reflection of my stay. I wish the fees could just be included in the Expedia price.

The room was very very clean - but so small! A comfortable king bed, with about 3ft to move around. Nice big tub (no safety bars) but the sink was a bowl and minimal space for toiletries. Nicely appointed corner room, but no space. The elevators are in need of serious cleaning- first impression was very poor. The hallways are designed to look look chic and contemporary but it just reminded me of Halloween doors and what could be behind them. Only there one night, location was terrific. And staff was amazing!

The property is an older building. Two elevators but only one was working at a time. With luggage and cruise passengers all leaving at the same time it was drama to get down stairs. The rooms and beds were comfortable. Right in the middle of the action. Safe area.

Really super cool hotel, definitely got that seattle grunge vibe... if you stay in 601, that's the same room Eddie Vedder stayed in, in 1990.. The rooms were good, so was the free beer. And probably one of the most comfortable beds ever.. Great hotel Definitely need a better record selection lol

Great stay, staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit small, especially the bathrooms, but otherwise everything was very nice.

Happy hour, happy hour, happy hour!!

People: Great, helpful, and friendly staff and service! Rooms: King room, tiny tiny, but sufficient. Mini-fridge, but no microwave! Firm and comfy bed, lovely bedding, and large pillows! Parking: Valet only! Location: Safe for the most part and 15 min walk to waterfront. Some local eateries, but need to walk further out for more dining choices. No vending machines, but you can buy snacks and drinks from the front desk. Air conditioning: Worked, but we brought small fans to redirect airflow.

We had reserved king size bed room and when we got there we had queen. It was comfortable though. Staff were very helpful

Nice to have the restaurant and bar adjacent to the hotel... it's very good 😊

Thanks.

The room was clean enough, as was the lobby area. The toilet paper was one grade above #10 sandpaper. The room smelled musty. The pillows, while large, condense to a rock after lying on them for 5 minutes. The robes are akin to rags, and the sheets are rough. No one answered the desk number, no one answered the wakeup call number. Both were always busy. I will never stay there again.
