Clean. Kept in good condition. Comfortable. Close to bus stop. Staff very nice. No complaints.

The receptionists were very kind and friendly. The rooms were spacious. The rooms had a small kitchen with cookware, plates and utensils. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Hotel is near Metlife Stadium. The rooms have poor sound proofing. We could hear the neighbor’s dog barking the whole time. There were also children right above us, running and thumping for hours. Had to tell the receptionists 5 times and even so they couldn’t do anything. Maybe next time if you have children, put them on the bottom floor. The hotel was also far away from shops and restaurants.

Everything was amazing, and the staff helped out so much with navigating public transportation into the city

Loved the lending cupboard. We were able to borrow an umbrella when we had to go out in a storm. There were also small appliances, books, and board games.

My room smells like old food. The staff gave us febreze spray but it didn’t help. We lost power, and the air conditioning went out for over 24 hours . It was very hot . And we had no WiFi.

The biggest issue came when our toilet overflowed. I went to the front desk to request assistance and was told there was no maintenance staff available. I was initially offered another room, but then informed there weren’t any rooms available. I asked for a mop bucket and towels so I could clean it myself. The front desk asked a housekeeper to help, but the housekeeper declined. I was then offered a broom to clean up standing water, which made no sense. Eventually, I was given a mop bucket, but no cleaning solution, so I had to ask for that as well. At checkout, I expressed my concerns about the unexpected parking fee and the lack of communication. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, I was told I was “the only one who complained.” My response was that perhaps I was one of the few guests who wasn’t there for the World Cup and therefore had no reason to expect an event-related parking surcharge. Good communication and customer service go a long way. Unfortunately, the unexpected charges, lack of support during a maintenance issue, and dismissive response to my concerns

I was very impressed by how clean the room and common areas were. The room was also more spacious than expected. It was a really good place to stay.
