Great location. Large rooms. Parking, safe. Take out delivery foods were amazing and delivered right to my room!

Only coffee at breakfast 6 - 9 am.

Dirty, cockroaches in the room and halls. Rooms not vacuumed. Dried food on the floor in kitchen area. Stains on walls.

The property is in a good spot if you're going to Metlife or American Dream. You can enter the highway directly across from the hotel, then only a few min drive over. There are a few dinner options on the same road. The staff were good and the room itself was good. Free parking was very helpful and never had any issues finding a spot. My two main issues were the firmness of the mattress and the condition of the tub in the bathroom. The mattress was very firm and I didnt sleep well. The shower enclosure was damaged, and if I was a heavier person i'd be scared of breaking it.

Staff was nice. Plenty of onsite parking. Everything worked well. Location is a bit remote and not much around.

Hotel was just ok. They didnt offer much in terms of amenities. There was one small shampoo/conditioner combination bottle. It was obvious the hotel was older and not really updated. My biggest gripe was the fire alarm chirping throughout the night in the hallway, when I called the front desk they said they'd take care of it. It was like that still when I left 2 days later. So the chirping alarm in the hallways for 2 days was not the best look. Upside was hotel had a fridge, stove, and kitchen. It was also a good walk away from the closest bus stop/public transport.

Lack of hot water,. TV hard to use. Noisy fan in bathroom. Queen bed not true size more like a double. Breakfast no coffee and only a muffin. Bathroom drain kept falling apart. Only thing going for hotel was location and staff.

Hallway carpet was very dirty and smells too + the room also .

i don’t like the breakfast they are putting.no eggs pancakes no juice just muffins and bars no bacon nor sausage and bread they need to have those for breakfast.

It is very convenient to get to, and to get to an event at Met Life Stadium, Due to how the traffic is controlled leaving Met Life, it took about 25 minutes to get back to the hotel. While checking in their system went down, which is understandable, but there was no communication from the staff. The facility could use some updating but was clean.

It’s clean.. First, there is no chair in the lobby. just stand up and go to the register Also no breakfast in the book when you book your hotel they mention breakfast but there is only tea and coffee Also, the location there is nothing close to the hotel

It’s a nice place to stay for an overnight stay.

I liked the area The whole floor smelled like wet dog and it didn’t seem very clean.
