This hotel is amazing and located in a safe and friendly location. Transit right outside the hotel to go into New York also transit to visit local area. Food was amazing for breakfast and staff is very nice . Will definitely be back.

Rooms spacious and clean. Hotel well situated for travel to NYC Times Square district with bus stop in front of hotel. Highly recommend but from a personal viewpoint would suggest a couple of improvements. 1) Recognize need for greener footprint but the bars of soap supplied could be bigger. 2) Did not watch much TV but it was very hard to see what was on because there was no guide that we could bring up on TV and no info on whatever program was on.3) I would have liked a better choice of cereals than Fruit Loop and Corn Flakes. How about Cheerios?

Everything was great overall Shower was a bit low, I'm a 6'1" and hit my head a few times while washing my head

Manhatten is easy to reach with bus, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The parking lot is dirty and the reception area is outdated.

Clean room, good breakfast, poor gym

The staff didn't seem to knowledgeable about their system. Check in line was long.

The room was clean but there are signs everywhere about the property and warnings if you break stuff. Our room was clean but had a lot of stuff already broken and nails in the tables to barely hold the tables and chairs together. For the price I expected better but it’s a very convenient location to go in and out of time square.

Super friendly staff!

Everything was perfect except for the channels on the tv some were working but majority wasn’t. Someone was sent up to fix it but that didn’t help either

I don’t like the pool the heat is not enough! The breakfast is okey but no variety on the succeeding days is still the same. The hotel is fine needs more upgrades on style. Crew are friendly.

We came to see AC/DC concert but when we arrived at the hotel we found out that they canceled it due to the nor’easter. We went inside the hotel to see if we could cancel our room and they said no because it must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. We had no clue that the concert was going to be canceled and they should of gave us an an exception cause it wasn’t our fault that the concert was canceled. So was either us just leaving and still getting charged or just staying the night and using the room so we ended up staying. We thought that was pretty crappy of them. Breakfast was ehh. I would give it a 3 stars. The staff wasn’t bad, they were polite. We didn't like the scent when we entered our room its stunk of stinky incense. The bed linens especially. When we left all of our clothes stunk of it and it gave me a terrible migraine. We won’t be staying here again when the AC/DC concert is on October 2. Found another hotel way cheaper than this one and if something happens and they cancel the concert again we will definitely get our money back from that hotel.

I stayed there for a whole week, including the weekend. I am disappointed with the housekeeping staff, who failed to replace the new bedsheets and towels. There was no daily housekeeping. I asked for bed sheets and towel replacements, but they simply left them on the couch, and I had to change the sheets myself. The TV was not working, and there were no channels to watch.

Passable

The building had a beautiful layout! For the price of the rooms, I would have expected not to have clogged sink drains, stained ceilings, stand on the sides of the beds, a more accessible couch… Also, had to plug in the lamp to use it and unplug it to use the coffee maker…
