Booking.com hates diaabled people and refuses to refund money after they canceled a mobility access room. Don't be fooled rhe only offer travel credits so your forced to go through the same process. Book a room Booking.com can't deliver. Get upchanged because you need on a new room. Then no cash refund. Booking.com is the worst for reservations. So far 4 times i bookec a mobility access room only to be told they don't have any available.
