It was a pleasant surprise we had shuttle service to the Woodlands Amphitheater. If we ever come back we will be staying here again.

Rooms are dated, with headboard completely damaged/worn and toilet not functioning properly. I had a bit of unease wondering if the carpet and rest of furniture was as dated, and then wondering if they actually cleaned it over all those years!

We let the staff know that the AC was not functioning correctly. It turned of and on all day and night every 5 minutes, extremely annoying and "No Sleep". No one ever showed up to fix it or even look at it!

Check in was so easy. We have stayed before and so were familiar with the hotel. Room was good size for father travelling with daughter.

Rooms are clean, hotel is a little dated. The resturant is good, however I find the prices are a little high, not outrageous. 3 times this week I had to get the room key re-programmed, which was especially annoying because the elevators are really slow. Pool area is nice.
