Wingate by Wyndham Sioux City

Exceptional

Overall this hotel was good. We were just passing thru and had no issues. Our card worked the first time and the rooms were good.

Exceptional

Very clean and the breakfast was great. The attendant made sure the items were refilled and clean. Breakfast had a good selection. Nothing.

We didn't eat breakfast. We had a nice room and a comfortable bed and pillows. The front entrance was not very clean (my first impression) and the 2 door glasses were very smeared and dirty, not clean. First impressions do make a difference. The Help Wanted sign was duct taped to the screen of the window next to the entrance. It doesn't look nice.

Good

Older building that they have tried to update. Simple breakfast and amenities. It is pet friendly but charge extra for pets. They had us set for one room but when they saw the dog moved us to a different room. Rooms are not very sound proof.

Clean room, comfy beds, and a breakfast lady who calls you Honey. Pool was clear and clean, no hot tub. Friendly Staff.

Clean, attractive and very close to my destination Nothing

Was a good experience

The staff was very pleasant & helpful. The room was clean, everything was stocked & all was in working order. Location was ideal to the highway & shopping/eating spots. The shades had holes in them, which allowed the light to shine thru. The room felt very humid until we figured out how to adjust the AC; instructions would have been helpful. The guide button on the TV remote did not list any information. The breakfast had a couple gluten-free options, but not really ideal.

We enjoyed our stay, but water pressure was lacking. Also, breakfast bar was meatless.

Good The location of my room. A property light shined straight into my window

Exceptional

Theres no one in the front of desk, waiting for more than 15 mins , I have to called loudly to get attention to check in, the guy shows angry face during the process, and morning breakfast really horrible, there are nothing to eat, only cooking yourself waffle , couple pieces of dry sausages, instead scrambled eggs that's all!!

The hotel was fine for a one night stay. The hotel was clean enough for the most part. The hotel was loud - the doors to the rooms were closing loudly throughout the night.

Staff were very helpful in recommendations for entertainment and restaurants in the area.
