They had a good breakfast.

Hotel is not directly on a main road, thus access is tricky. Bed was not comfortable and room was not maintained well (bathroom door wouldn't close and a few bugs)

Clean other than they missed the coffee maker. It still had the old coffee pouch in it. Staff was polite and apologetic. Breakfast was decent.

The room was amazing. Lots of room with a separate dining area. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was clean and the person at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel was convenient to all restaurants and fast food places. It was only ten minutes from Falls Park which was a bonus.

The TV sound did not match what was spoken. Lips and sound were not in sync. The best thing in the room was the shower head. Nice hard pressure We won’t be staying at a Beat Western ever again.
