Heat would not come on, the staff person on duty came to the room and "fixed" it twice , she offered us another room is the heat would not work...we declined as it was very late...She was very very helpful and considerate..and we were thankfuk she was there...she went out of her way

Worst bed I’ve ever seen. Hard as rock and staff said they were new and had others say same thing. Also no water glasses, pen or pad.

The stay was because we attended a wedding in a small near by town. It was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable beds and pillows. A GREAT breakfast selection to enjoy before we got back on the road. If I needed to stay in Sioux Falls again I would stay here.
