The power went out about 7:30 am. Then the fire alarms took off and blew out our ear drums! The breakfast was cold without power. No offers of reimbursement at all!! Might be awhile before I’d stay there again if ever!!

The location was good the staff was pretty good. The electricity went around the area. However no generator came on and nothing was given to us for our inconviences. The price we paid for this I would rather go to a different chain who is more than willing to compensate for the inconvience it caused.

We loved the large 1 bedroom as we were staying a week. Bed was comfy but the pillows we small and to soft/flat. The room and furniture had an unpleasant, musty odor the furniture was dirty and stained. Had to cover with bed coverings to feel comfortable sitting on them. They needed a deep clean or replaced ASAP. The water never got hot,only warm. Large carpet stain in hallway outside of door. Insulation between floors in less than ideal. You could here upper neighbors walking and talking thr entire time.
