Snoqualmie Inn by Hotel America

The beautiful and peaceful surrounding, the welcoming, helpful and friendly staff, the indoor pool, the view of the room we were given, very spacious bathroom, the business centre The blind on the bedside was not working during the night we stayed. Wasteful little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash were still used, the breakfast staff who does not talk much but obviously not welcoming of the attending guests.

Excellent hotel in Snoqualmie, clean room and great breakfast. Highly recommended place, we stayed for 3 nights. Huge plus is the mountain view from the room. The price could be a bit steep but probably it is normal in the area.

Exceptional

We had no working TV limited pillows and an unexpected loud noises though out the night. The breakfast was good nice selection but the hot food was only warm. Not enough room for people to sit in the area. The Hotel Assistant manager was fabulous and address our issues. She gave us a discount and offered an upgrade room if we return. Over all I have changed my rating due to the wonderful response from the staff.

Very clean, affordable, friendly staff, efficient check in/out, great breakfast, comfortable beds, great location…it had everything we needed.

Breakfast was good, comparable to that in other hotels, and conveniently located in the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful in figuring out non-obvious tech in the room. Our room was spacious and very clean. The kitchen area was a nice perk, with a sink and refrigerator. There was no freezer compartment in the fridge as such, but a bottle of water left on the top shelf overnight froze solid. The view out the windows was amazing. It was very difficult to figure out how to use the window coverings since the electronic switches on the wall were only partially labeled. There were no convenient places to hang things up in the bathroom, just 3 hooks at waist level next to the "door." We did not like the barn door on the bathroom. There was limited hanging space the "closet", and no drawer space. We would have preferred a walk-in shower, but there were grab bars, and we appreciated the option of fixed shower head or hand-held head. The desk in the middle of the room was awkward, as was sharing the single nightstand between the beds. More outlets are needed for charging devices.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Great location, welcoming lobby and and exceptionally helpful staff, both at the front desk and the breakfast area. We were greeted with a very warm welcome, allowed to check in early and were given ideas on what to go see and where to eat. I would most definitely stay here again, and I sure hope I get a chence to.

Amazing stay! Love the complimentary water and coffee station available 24/7. Laurie and her team took great care of our wedding party. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location for anything outdoors! Very new property so very well furnished. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

The property was really clean and a lot of places with in walking distance.

The location is good and very clean. No hot tub and our room did not have a bathtub only a shower. Bed was the best one I’ve slept on.

The local Italian restaurant was outstanding !
