Location The room was dirty, there were bugs. Our room was literally in a half basement with a window a/c unit.

Leaving. Small beds. Run down property. Bad smell everywhere masked by febreeze plugins. Front desk person unhelpful. Blamed phone for demagnetizing key cards then blamed air pods? Jacked up price for UVM parents weekend.

The staff was all super kind and helpful. The rooms were spotless with all furniture being very comfortable. All dishes, cups, silverware, pots and pans were included. As well as a little gift bag. Breakfast was great and fresh. We had a small issue with our tub but the staff was quick to help us and got us a new room. Highly recommend!

This hotel advertises on Google as a "4 star" hotel. It's doing well to be considered a two-star hotel. To it's credit, the room we stayed in did have a kitchenette, but the overall new-ness and cleanliness was poor. Do not get breakfast. It's not worth paying extra for. They also add a $50 fee at time of arrival if you have a pet of any kind.

Passable

Nothing, Very outdated furniture which was very dirty and run down. There was a smell like powdered rug refresher. Very offensive and powerful odor. There were blood stains and hair on the bedspread. The lack of concern shown by hotel management. The manager was gone for the day. No one on the staff knew when he would be back and I called to speak with him, left my name and telephone number and he still hasn’t called me! Please call me as I did not receive the hospitality I paid you for.

If you’re looking for a place to lay your head knowing you’re going to be out most of the day then I’d recommend this place. The room is a little dated, but again we were only in there to sleep. We were out the rest of the time. If you like your hotels to be fancy or high end, this will not be your spot. This is a perfect, middle of the road hotel. No frills, no thrills, just the basics. And that worked for us.

Price for the room was high for the quality It was quiet in the hallways, which is appreciated Also close to downtown and concert venues
