The fact that I drove 50 Miles to enjoy and over night stay and let my 7 and 5 yr old enjoy the pool. Only to get to the hotel and the pool was closed. Ver disappointed

Bed was way too soft and the AC unit didn’t work properly.

It was very roomy. The website said the pet fee was $35 and when I got there they said it was 75. I paid it and did not make a big deal about it but it was disappointing.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was good and reasonable value. The bed was large and comfortable. We were happy to find a large fridge in the room, especially since the restaurant isn't open every day. The room was a bit tired and could use some updating. The bathroom had some mold and a crack in the floor where it met the tub.

Location for our trip and close to restaurants. Very long walk to our room and no bellman to help with luggage at the time we checked in. Also, after we asked for a water bowl for our dogs we were told they didn’t provide them. In the morning the restaurant kindly provided.

Lobby and restaurant was nice ,but the rooms needed to be updated, rugs and furniture were old and worn, bathroom was very outdated and the tub and rug had permanent stains but the A/C worked well and it was quiet at night

Room was decently clean and a very quiet stay for the multiple nights. Day/check out manager does not knock before entering rooms. Manager did not speak with us kindly/handle it well after opening our door. Will admit, our fault for not having the safety/deadbolt lock on but… Staff should always knock before entering your hotel room, they did not. We felt uncomfortable with the communication of the staff management but other staff (front desk) members where delightful helpful :)

The was very clean, beds extremely comfortable, and staff was friendly. Some of the common spaces had some dated furnishings, but not horrible. It looks like they are doing some paint touch ups in the hallways.

Place is good for overnighter. No microwave, breakfast not included, noticed spider web in corner of room. Bed super comfy, great shower. Room spacious. There was a restaurant for breakfast on site with decent prices but I left too early before it opened. Highway could be heard somewhat from room at night even though it was in the back but overall good stay. Price rather high for basic lodging. Free parking though which is often extra $ so happy about that.
