-
the place was a nice new hotel
-
No free bottled water, no paper or pen on the desk, Room was nice

Definitely needs some updates. My air conditioner didn’t work in my room and when I called to let them know and was told to pack my stuff and come down to the lobby and they would switch my room. To me I have been inconvenienced, why not have someone come get my stuff and take it to my new room!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and made our stay very comfortable.

The location Only one elevator
-
Nothing We didn’t even stay the second night, we left. There were very loud people next door, at 2am, despite the hotel needing a SIGN in the elevator regarding quiet hours… odd. The room smelled funny and the place was so mediocre for how expensive it is. Should be a 2 star motel.

We had a great stay

Room 244 Spa Bath was broken. It's been a day, and still nothing. The phone is broken in the room. This location doesn't pick up their phone. Finding new hotel now.
