I like the convenience of the location. but the large inside and outside glass wall the elevator was dirty & not clean. There was no mini refrigerator or microwave in my room. Neither was there a ice machine at the end of the hallways. Only certain floors had an icemaker. There should have been an icemaker in the lobby near the coffee to make up for it not being on our floor. Also, most hotels check you in & you didn't have to pay in full up front!! I will not visit this hotel ever again. It needs to be totally upgraded inside with individual microwaves and refrigerators. The irons are cheap & small. Not quality. It smelled of mold!!!! The evidence of this is the air machines running on each floor for moisture!!!!!

I did sleep good, the water was good and hot in the shower The hotel needs a full upgrade. We stayed on the 4th floor the carpet was old and smelled like mildew.

Old outdated rooms , ice only work on the 15th floor. Not worth the money

When we returned at 5:30PM our room still was not cleaned. A call to the desk resulted in the room attendant coming and cleaning the room. Reasonable price but not sure I would stay here again.

That I was on the 7th floor You pay too much for the room then have to turn around and pay for breakfast

Had to keep asking them to turn the hot water on for the shower. Even after that the water wasn’t all that warm and just trickled out with extremely low power. This place might be have been pretty decent 30 years ago, but now it’s need of a total refit.

The room we were in the sink was off so water was getting all over the place other then that everything was great they need to remount that sink over in room 308.
