Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks

Exceptional

Clean and friendly and quiet

Great place . Clean rooms

Everything was good about this hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was that their was a bad smell in the room.

So sad that the kitchens are no longer stocked.

Did not use Bare floor seemed cold.

The A/C was difficult to control, but the female staff worker at the front desk came up and showed me how it worked very quickly. It was a good stay, very clean, and the hotel was quiet. I was in Reno for 2 days to visit relatives, and it was a quick drive from the hotel.

I liked the location to family and the area. The wifi was not conducive for working online. I tried free and then paid and it dropped my calls. Need for better breakfast (coffee ran out poor choices for food sensitive )

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean

Superb

I do not recommend staying here unless they fix the smell or you have no sense of smell.

Very clean Nothing

Exceptional

Clean and comfortable!

Another thing that bothered me was housekeeping knocking on our door at 10:45 am when checkout was at 11 am.

No bar!!

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Just the bed was uncomfortable. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

No issues at all with the room and its services.

Good

Staff at check in do efficient and friendly.
