It was clean, older, elevator needed maintenance. Property area was sketchy due to homelessness

Everything felt cheaper than expected from Holiday Inn, from the lighting to the bedding to the breakfast. It’s clear that corporate decisions to cut costs were made with little care for customers. Won’t be staying at Hol. Inn again.

Clean room, clean pool. Friendly.

Room was large and bed was comfortable. Person at the front desk was friendly and made check in easy. Will stay here again.

The staff was great the facility was clean .our only issue, which was a big one ,was the fact that the shade in the bedroom was broke and there was a bright light outside . We asked the staff to see if they could fix it. Which they couldn't. By then we had already pinned up a blanket and taking a picture of the wall to cover the window.

Clean room, friendly and helpful front desk staff, and dog friendly. Also an awesome burger joint across the parking lot! Parking lot was monitored and safe too.

Rugs in room where not very clean ,my breakfast bagel had mold so was decided to not have breakfast after all

Room was not cleaned well and the room we were then given had a very strong and terrible smell.

Staff was very helpful and hotel was clean. Beds were a little hard but I am a lucky sleeper!

Unfortunately we were put in a room below people from India. They were talking really loud! There kids were jumping on and off the bed. It actually got worse around midnight. We were woken up several times. No blanket, just sheets and a comforter. They pre charged our card for “incidentals”. But, there was zero incidentals in the room???? Why, the charge??

Best breakfast selection I have ever experienced. one of the reasons I keep coming back. Quieter heat/air unit

The gym is not as big as i thought but was clean. The drain in the bath tub is extremely slow.
