The late evening staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The host at the breakfast buffet was very friendly. I will stay here again when inbound or outbound for Spokane.

The employees were very friendly and helpful The breakfast could have been better. The sausage patties were like rubber and the English muffins were dry. The pool was closed and website didn't mention that. Bathroom was missing a cover and flickering like a strobe light. No garbage bag in the bathroom garbage can
