Was good.

My room had bugs, but the desk clerk moved me to another room, otherwise stay was enjoyable.

The hotel was very inviting and clean, location was good for me, the pool area was very nice even though I didn’t get to use it. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Great location with a great pool, very clean rooms, and very kind staff!

Loved the room and they even added my name on the tv! The tv wasn’t working but the staff came immediately and fixed the problem!

The staff were amazing — friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We also really appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a huge bonus for anyone travelling with their furry family members. The location was fantastic. We felt very safe throughout our stay, and it was conveniently located for everything we wanted to see and do in the Houston area. Overall, we had an excellent experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends. We will definitely be staying here again on a future trip to Houston!

The room had an odor smelled as soon as door was opened. Smell got worse the next day. Not sure if it was the carpet smelling

Very clean and very convenient location.

This place overall is amazing! The only thing we didn’t really like were the beds, they were not very comfortable but everything else was great! It feels safe, close to everything, clean inside and out, staff was very friendly and pretty good breakfast. I would recommend it to anyone and I would definitely go back!
