The assistant gm checked me in and was very friendly. The door latch to my room was damaged so there was a gap in the door when it was closed. It appeared the hardware in the door frame was missing so the latch was in a wide space than it was supposed to be. The toilet wasn't completely clean. There was hair and dirt in the corners of the lid. There were stains on the comforter. The hot breakfast items were eggs, waffles or biscuits and gravy. Why wasn't there bacon or sausage. The side door to the facility has a broken lock and did not close. Other than these issues, which could be isolated to my room mostly, I'm alive. I drove into the parking lot to see a car with a flat, and immediately hoped for anything better than sketch. I had a good enough stay for 1 night but would've preferred to spend less than the $200 for 1 night.

The manager was nice The room was dirty, cockroaches in the room and restroom, office chair was pealing, and smelled like mold. Definitely not worth the $281 I paid.

This property was stinky. It smelled like mold really bad in the hallways and the rooms. Also the room was not clean. I was very disappointed in the accommodations. I booked 2 rooms but only 1 was inhabitable. I canceled one of the rooms because the room smelled so bad, had mold on the furniture. We ended sleeping 9 to a room of 2 queen beds. It was a miserable night!!!

My door wasn’t completely secured; comforters on both beds had stains on them; 1 set of bed sheets contained drops of blood; there was dry saliva on the bed skirt of one of the beds; and @ $100/night+, the only breakfast they provided was biscuits and gravy. Will never book again

Absolutely nothing
-
Nothing There was an old broken air conditioning unit left in the room that needed to be removed. The tv didn’t work. The spout on the tub was completely missing so we was forced to take baths instead of showers. The blankets smelled bad.
-
The elevator smelled like marijuana, the room smelled like a locker room, huge stain on the carpet, rust in the tub, light on one side of the bed did not work, light on the mirror in bathroom did not work, huge tear in the shade. We were in 303.

Exceptional

There was a constant beeping sound in the lobby that fortunately we could not hear in our room. We also could not hear the loud and constant rumbling sound that came from the property next door. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke. The bed side lamps had no light bulbs in them and everything on the night stand was unplugged. None of the 3 ice makers in the building were working. The shower curtain was literally hanging on by a thread. The hair dryer did not work because the plug casing was cracked, that could have been an electrocution or fire risk. Makes me wonder if the lamps were also unplugged because they were potentially faulty. We paid over the max. price for this room ($175, while $150 was listed on the room door) because of an event in town (one we were not even in town for) that limited the number of available rooms. The excessive cost made the terrible accommodations even more of a frustration. Do not stay here!
