Staff was helpful and attentive. Price was low. The room was worn—carpet was torn, tiles missing in the bathroom, scratches on the walls, etc. It needed to be remodeled.

Found the breakfast marginal, no hot eggs of any sort, limited sausage patties although biscuits & gravy seemed plentiful, only one type of tea bag…..

Was a great hotel to stay. Would definitely book again.

It was very clean! The front desk staff was very pleasant and responsive. We had some issues with the heating and cooling unit which the hotel was unaware of until we informed them of the issue.

Clean with modern amenities and some fun decor. Comfy beds and good shower. Right off the interstate but surprisingly quiet night.

My room was pretty clean for the most part, but the trim around the bathroom door was very dirty. My only real complaint is the shower floor was extremely slippery. I almost fell a few times. The girl at the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was good but wouldn't consider it a buffet breakfast. All in all, I would stay again.

No frills but a decent stay for business travel. Great location!!!

Staff was excellent There was an issue with the locking systems on our original room and the wonderful lady at the front desk upgraded us to a different room. Bed was very soft and comfortable. Convenient location.

Disappointing

The front desk lady was very nice Well the elevator wasn’t working and they put someone in a wheelchair on the 4th floor which is why I asked for an accessible room for him. Also the pool was not clean at all, then my ac unit in the room didn’t work but I got told to basically deal with it because they couldn’t move me.

Room was clean and comfortable Breakfast had good choices. Mattress was not very comfortable pillows were small. When we got there TV reception was not working, I called the front desk and unfortunatey I had a hard time understanding him. He said problem was with the network and would have to come up. He never came up. I called back and said if they could not fix it, we need to change rooms. THe folks next door to us had reception. We went on to dinner so I am not sure when the TV reception cleared, but when we got back it worked. No one ever called back or stopped to ask if it worked.

Air conditioner broke in the room elevator over heated but we got our money back because all rooms were sold out

Urine smell on the sheets, couldn’t sleep. The staff did nothing when complained about it. It appeared that the previous person urinated on the bed or they had a pet who did and no one cleaned it up.

Very clean

Good little gym. Guest laundry. Pretty clean and cared for. Lost a little money in a washer, and didn't get a lot of help, but that's business.
